Above and below the traditional "shin" are the Hebrew words of Jacob's blessing of protection from the evil eye to his son, "Ben Porat Yossef". At the base is the ancient Hamsa hand symbol, enclosing the Hebrew word "Chai" meaning life.

Easily attached to the doorpost either with screws at the top and below or with using the double-sided adhesive tape on the reverse.
