This impressive clay Mezuzah case, handcrafted in Israel by Art in Clay features hand painted pomegranates, one of the seven blessed products of the Holy Land and traditional Jewish symbol of bounty. The delicate pink background contrasts beautifully with the 24K gold embellishments and the large shin letter in the center. At their "Art in Clay" studio in Tel Aviv, artists Amir and Laurence Rom, inspired by their love of Israel, Jerusalem and the Bible, design high level ceramics. Each item is individually glazed and fired in high temperatures in a special kiln.
